An archaeological impact assessment was undertaken at Bank House, Dunlavin, Co Wicklow. Three test trenches totalling 16.9 linear metres were excavated in the available area at the back of the house. Works took place on 23 April 2025.

A thin layer of garden topsoil overlay a mixed modern rubble material which rested on natural subsoil comprising light yellowish-brown silty clay, saturated with slate stones, was noted in all trenches. The depth of the trenches varied between 0.4–0.7m.
