Excavations.ie - summary accounts of archaeological excavations in Ireland

This site—which, as far as we are aware is unique in Europe and possibly the world—contains summary accounts of excavations carried out in Ireland—North and South—from 1969 to 2025. It has been compiled from the published Excavations Bulletins from the years 1970–2010 and includes additional online-only material from 2011 onwards, with a similar format, but will contain an interactive section for excavators to upload their own reports.
