Archaeological monitoring of the redevelopment of an existing dwelling consisting of dwelling house, outbuildings and garden to partial demolition of some of the structures on site, construction of an extension, a new concrete yard and a new wastewater treatment facility and polishing filter on a 1700m² site took place as a part of a traveller accommodation initiative. The groundworks consisted of ground surface stripping and foundation trench excaavtion. No archaeology was encountered.
