Archaeological monitoring of site investigation works was carried out between April and June 2025. The site had previously been subject to two rounds of archaeological testing, under the same licence number.
Monitoring was carried out of a total of 85 trial pits and soak-away pits. These works respected 20m buffer zones around the potentially archaeological features identified by the previous archaeological testing. No further archaeological features or material were identified during the course of monitoring.
