Archaeological monitoring was conducted of sod and topsoil stripping throughout the whole of the site. The sod measured 0.15m in thickness and topsoil extended to a depth of 0.29m. The natural compact orange clay was exposed in places at a depth of 0.32m.
No archaeological features or deposits were observed, and no finds were recovered.
