Archaeological monitoring took place of ground works associated with the demolition of Richview House, Delgany, Co. Wicklow. No archaeological features were identified underneath the footprint of the house. This site was test trenched by the author in 2018 under Licence 18E0608, and no archaeological features were uncovered, however as the house was extant it was not possible to test trench that area. The development is in the vicinity of an archaeological site WI013-141, cremation pits, which was located 88m north of Richview House. This was a multi phased burial site spanning the Late Bronze and Iron Age. Differing fuel was chosen for the pyre in the Late Bronze Age (oak) and Iron Age (ash). The cremated remains comprised five adults and a juvenile.

Archeologically monitoring of groundworks was completed in January 2024 and no archaeology was uncovered.
