Testing took place in advance of construction for a residential development involving the construction of 10 houses with associated site works at the Faythe, Townparks, Co. Wexford. The development site is located to the east of and just outside the Zone of Archaeological Potential for the medieval town of Wexford (WX037-032).
Four test trenches were excavated at the footprint of the proposed development and no finds or features of archaeological significance were uncovered.
