An archaeological impact assessment, including archaeological testing, and a wade and metal detection survey, was carried out for proposed developments associated with Lismore New outfall & Diversion of Connections, in Lismore, Co. Waterford.

Testing was carried out along Lady Louisa's Walk. While the surrounding woodland is natural, the walk has been subjected to modern improvements, including the removal of topsoil, levelling of ground, and the previous installation of the existing outfall/service. The footprint of the proposed development was subject to archaeological testing and an underwater visual and metal detection survey.

Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
