Archaeological monitoring occurred of residential extension. The groundworks consisted of clearance of overburden within the footprint of the previous extension and foundation trench excavation for the 10m² southward enhancement for the new extension. The foundation trenching was excavated to a width of 0.9m and a depth of c. 6m. The stratigraphy consisted of a upper horizon of garden soil to a depth of 0.4m to 0.5m, which exposed a basal soil of natural orange silty sand throughout.

All materials of an artefactual nature were of 20th-century date, namely red brick and glass bottle fragments. No materials, structures, deposit or artefacts of an archaeological nature were encountered.
