Four areas were monitored: the driveway, the house, the garage and the groundworks for the percolation area/septic tank. The topsoil was a light greyish-brown silty clay, and thenatural was a yellowish-brown clayey silt with frequent stone. Parts of the driveway were taken down
beyond the natural, and shale stone was recorded there. No archaeological structures, features or deposits were identified during the ground works.
