Archaeological monitoring of ground reduction works was carried out on a phased basis between September 2021 and July 2024, in advance of construction.
The boundary consists of a roughly coursed granite stone wall aligned with mature trees. The wall remains in situ, has been incorporated into the development layout, and was consolidated using lime mortar. Following its recording, two openings were created to facilitate vehicular and pedestrian access through the site.
No finds, deposits or features of archaeological significance were observed during the monitoring works.
