Archaeological monitoring of stone retrieval works within Lough Doon, Drumboghill, Co. Donegal was carried out in September 2024. The retrieval works formed a part of ongoing restoration/reconstruction works at Doon Fort. Stone was retrieved from the lakebed to the south/southeast of Doon Fort, and from the shore of the lake to the northwest.

No archaeological material was identified at either location.
