A programme of archaeological testing was conducted for a proposed development in the townland of Rocksborough, County Wexford. Some of these trenches were designed to target geophysical anomalies identified during a previous survey (licence 22R0375) carried out in 2022. The geophysical anomalies were revealed to be mostly changes within the composition of the natural subsoil, and in some occasions, modern ground disturbance and/or the presence of medium sized boulders. Nothing of archaeological consequence was identified during this testing programme.
