Monitoring of ground disturbance works associated with the construction of an extension to a single house site in Woodstock, Co. Waterford, was undertaken. The house is located to the south of Kilmolash ecclesiastical complex (WA029-027001 - WA029-027012). The area of the extension measured 6.5m north-south x 8m. The area was cleared by machine and strip foundations were excavated to a general width of 1.5m and a depth of 0.5m. Some of the ground had been disturbed in the past with service trenches for the house.
No archaeological stratigraphy, features and/or artefacts were recorded while monitoring ground disturbance works for the extension to the dwelling house at Woodstock.
