Archaeological Test Excavation took place of a Proposed Single Residential Dwelling at Lisbrien, Capparoe on 26 November 2023.
Four test trenches were mechanically excavated to surface of the underlying natural subsoil under archaeological supervision. They were situated within the footprint of the proposed development as well as along the site boundary within the zone of notification for the adjacent enclosure.
No archaeology was encountered.
