Archaeological monitoring of groundworks associated with the construction of Cushaling Wind Farm ran from 1 February to 20 October 2023. The proposed development consisted of nine turbines, site access roads and associated infrastructure. The receiving environment was a mixture of pasture, reclaimed pasture and industrial peatfields.

No archaeological features, finds or deposits were uncovered during the course of archaeological monitoring.
