Phases 1 and 2 of archaeological monitoring as part of residential estate development of 46 dwelling houses took place from 16–20 October and 28 and 29 November, 2023. It involved the archaeological supervision of the development-led topsoil stripping, which exposed the underlying natural subsoil.
No archaeology was encountered and the final phase is set to take place in 2024.
