Licensed archaeological monitoring of topsoil stripping was carried out at this site. Groundworks were monitored across the majority of the site in December 2022. Subsequently, in July 2023, a wayleave corridor extending from the northern side of the site to the Breagagh River was cleared of sod and topsoil to enable surface water drainage. No archaeological finds or features were recorded.
