Archaeological test trenching took place on a 17-hectare site at Inchinashingane, Macroom, Co. Cork, a total of thirty-two trenches were excavated; six trenches were placed along the line of the proposed access roads and the remaining twenty-six were positioned to target anomalies identified through the geophysical survey (23R0173). No archaeology was found.
