Archaeological monitoring was proposed for part of a water pipe-laying project, however, due to an oversight on the part of the contractor, archaeologists were not informed when works were taking place, therefore no monitoring occurred. An examination of photographs provided by the contractor of some of the works suggests that the current road surface directly overlies natural geological deposits. However, it is not known whether there was any archaeological impact.
