Archaeological testing at Leamore Upper (Site B) was carried out over the course of 1 day in December 2022. Testing followed on from a programme of geophysical survey conducted across the proposed development site by ACSU Ltd. under licence 22R0341 (Russel 2022). Test trenches targeted several geophysical anomalies and greenfield areas across the proposed development area.

No areas of archaeological significance were identified during the testing programme, although two flint artefacts were recovered from one of the test trenches, albeit ex situ.
