Full excavation of a cereal-drying kiln was undertaken in September 2022 at Moathill, Navan, Co. Meath. The site was first identified by N Roycroft of Meath County Council (see 2021:545; 21E0089) during advance archaeological testing. The cereal-drying kiln had a maximum length of 4.6m and extended beyond the limits of excavation on both ends. One find was retrieved from the kiln, a corroded iron pin. Additional linear features were recorded and excavated. Post-excavation analysis is ongoing.
