An archaeological assessment, survey, metal detection survey and wading survey (23D0033 & 23R0064) were carried out at Salmon Leap Canoe Club, Co. Leixlip in advance of works to replace the river embankment. The survey concluded that the works would have no impact on the medieval bridge nearby (KD011-011) or any other archaeological feature.
