A programme of advanced archaeological test trenching was carried out at a proposed development site at Patrician Secondary School, Oldconnell, Newbridge, County Kildare in order to identify and assess any previously unrecorded sub-surface archaeological remains. Four archaeological test trenches, totalling 210 linear meters, were excavated within the undeveloped greenfield portion of the proposed development area.

No archaeology was found.
