The archaeological test trenching recorded no features and/or finds during the course of the excavations. The occasional fragment of 20th-century pottery was retrieved. The stratigraphy encountered was comprised of the sod overlying the silty sand natural in the eastern half of the site and sod overlying natural bedrock and silty sand, in the western part of the site.
