Archaeological monitoring was undertaken at the site of a single dwelling house in Prospecthill townland, c. 4km south-west of Oranmore in County Galway. Due to the proximity of the site to Court Tomb GA095-119 & Ringfort GA094-43, it was recommended that ground disturbance at the site should be archaeologically monitored. Nothing of archaeological significance was encountered with the stratigraphy consisting of a thin layer of topsoil over subsoil and/or bedrock.
