Archaeological test trenching was carried out in advance of the construction of a single dwelling and associated works.
The site is adjacent, in its south-west corner, to Recorded
Monument MO017- 017 ----, RINGFORT- RATH.
Four test trenches were excavated, testing the proposed entrance driveway, site of the house and the garage site.
No material of an archaeological nature, finds or features was disclosed by the test trenching.
