Sheskin Wind Farm will involve construction of eight wind turbines with associated hardstandings, new internal access tracks, upgrading existing access tracks, water crossings, underground cabling, a substation, a permanent meteorological mast, a site compound and associated site works.
Monitoring of advance enabling works, which was limited to upgrading 4 existing culverts with new box culverts, took six days to carry out in September 2021.
No archaeological features or artefacts were revealed as a result of carrying out the monitoring.
