Monitoring took place of topsoil stripping associated with the development of a new hospital facility at Towlerton, along Bloodmill Road, Co. Limerick. The area measured 190m by 155m and the topsoil had a depth ranging from 0.25–0.35m across the site. Nothing of an archaeological nature was found during the monitoring.
