Archaeological monitoring of enabling works and site investigation works was carried out on October 2020 and monitoring of bulk topsoil stripping was carried out in January and April 2021. Parts of the south and centre of the site were previously disturbed during the construction of the adjoining housing estate in the early 2000s. No features or finds of archaeological significance were identified.
