Development involved demolition of glasshouses over large parts of the site and construction of 22 houses on lands bounded by Park Road to the west, Kenure Lawns to the south and agricultural fields to the north and east.
Monitoring revealed extensive ground disturbance associated with construction of the glasshouses across large parts of the development area. No archaeological features or artefacts were revealed as a result of carrying out the monitoring.
