Development involved construction of 60 dwellings and all associated site works on a site measuring 2.2076 ha.
Twelve test trenches were excavated within the development area under constant archaeological supervision. Test trenching revealed topsoil directly sealing geologically deposited strata in all of the trenches.
No archaeological features or artefacts were revealed as a result of carrying out the test trenching.
