Archaeological testing was carried out following geophysical survey and in advance of proposed development. The burnt mound and fulacht fia within the landholding will be preserved in situ and were not subject to testing. Eleven trenches were excavated across the geophysical anomalies detected; no evidence of archaeological features or deposits was identified.
