Monitoring was carried out during the demolition of a small garage and the construction of a single dwelling at Old School Lane, Tulla, just south of the ruins of the medieval church around which the village has grown up. Nothing of archaeological significance was encountered, however, as much of the site was being built up, very little excavation occurred and natural subsoil was not observed during the monitoring
