Archaeological monitoring was undertaken during groundworks associated with the development of the Kilmihil People’s Park at Main Street, Kilmihil, Co. Clare. The site occupies two existing fields, the northern of which is to become a recreational park with a new reception building and car parking, and with a new pitch to be built in the southern field. Monitoring of topsoil stripping did not reveal any archaeological features, deposits or finds.
