Archaeological testing of the site of a single house redevelopment adjacent to the location of ringfort WX037-035 at Shelmaliere Commons revealed no archaeological features or deposits. Subsequent monitoring of services trenches and the footprint of the new build at the west of the site similarly found nothing of archaeological interest.
