An application to construct an extension to a farmyard straddling the townlands of Cabragh and Jordanstown led to a request for further information from Meath County Council on the grounds that the proposed development is located 1km north-east of the Hill of Tara. Much of the area proposed for development had been disturbed during the construction of the existing farmyard. A total of five test trenches were excavated to the surface of the natural subsoil and no features or finds of archaeological significance were exposed in any of the investigated areas.
