2020:608 - MAGANEY LOWER, Kildare

The greenfield development will involve the provision of one new vehicular entrance and access road; the construction of two detached part single-storey part two-storey three/four-bedroom houses with detached garages and two detached part single storey part two-storey four/five-bedroom houses with integrated garages; the provision of four SBR wastewater treatments systems and polishing filters, landscaping, including boundary treatments; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground (Planning Ref: 19/822 Kildare County Council).

A total of 5 trenches (1.5m x 75m) were excavated to ascertain the nature and extent of any sub-surface archaeological remains. The test excavation found no archaeological remains or finds across the development site.
