A programme of archaeological monitoring was undertaken in association with emergency repair works to the River Liffey wall at Bellevue, Islandbridge, Dublin 8, on 3 and 4 June 2020. These works were undertaken for Dublin City Council.
All ground reduction, including any enabling works, were subject to a programme of archaeological monitoring, under licence, by a suitably qualified archaeologist. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered during the programme of archaeological monitoring.
