The development area measured approximately 13m north-south x 11m.
The excavation of two test trenches failed to reveal any archaeological features or artefacts. Extensive modern disturbance was recorded in both test trenches, and this is interpreted as being associated with a modern house and concrete block outbuilding which were previously located slightly south-west of the development area.
