A watching brief was undertaken associated with a 400m-long section of access track to Rigged Hill Wind Farm. The track was stripped of topsoil under constant supervision of the licenced archaeologist. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified during monitoring, and no artefacts were found during a scan of the topsoil from the excavated area.
