In response to Condition No. 2 of the site's grant of planning (PL27.JA0036) a program of licenced archaeological monitoring was undertaken between May 2018 and September 2019, of a site located at Nos 6-8 Eglinton Road, Nos 3-4 Florence Villas, Florence Road and Nos 4-7 Main Street Bray, County Wicklow, as part of the "Florentine Centre"/Bray Town Centre commercial development.
Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
