The proposed development area was located within the townland of Finisklin, Co. Sligo. Testing was carried out over the course of two days and failed to reveal any areas of archaeological significance. Seven trenches, totaling 500 linear metres, were excavated. The area had been previously disturbed and there was evidence for dumped modern building material throughout.
