Archaeological pre-development testing was undertaken at the site of the proposed development at Kellybrook townland, Co. Roscommon, on 18 December 2019, in compliance with a Further Information Request from Roscommon County Council. The mechanical excavation of six trenches through the area of a proposed extension, a proposed soakway and a proposed percolation area did not result in the discovery of heretofore unknown or unrecorded archaeological material.
