Monitoring of the digging of foundation and service trenches for Dwelling B revealed that the site had been subject to substantial disturbance related to the original foundations and services of the demolished Whitehouse structure. The works took place in July 2019. A continuation of a north-east/south-west medieval ditch/property boundary excavated under licence 18E0005 ext. was identified during monitoring in a T-junction of two of the southern foundation trenches. This medieval ditch was visible in the foundation trenches for 3.3m prior to truncation by a modern drain and extending into an unexcavated area. The medieval ditch was not identified in any further foundation trenches, most likely due to substantial disturbance to the immediate north. The medieval ditch contained animal bone and 3 sherds of medieval pottery. No further finds or features of an archaeological interest were uncovered on the site.
