A program of archaeological testing was carried out at Annaloughan, Jenkinstown, Co. Louth in advance of a proposed development of a single dwelling house. The site was located adjacent to LH008-035001 (Ringfort – rath). The work was carried out on 26 July 2019 at the request of the client at a pre-planning stage. This investigation exposed no archaeological features, structures or deposits.
