Archaeological monitoring of groundworks, associated with the construction of an extension to an existing domestic dwelling at Morett, Emo, Co Laois, was carried out. Several known archaeological sites are located to the east of the development, in a neighbouring field. No artefacts and no archaeological features were identified during the monitoring.
