Phase 2 of monitoring in advance of the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear of 3, Day Place, Tralee, Co. Kerry was undertaken in February 2019. Four foundation trenches were excavated under archaeological supervision. No archaeology was found in any of the trenches. Virtually all of the site had been previously disturbed during earlier groundworks, laying of the pipes etc.
