Archaeological testing, comprising four trenches measuring 35 linear metres in total, was carried out on the 22nd of October 2019.
Testing revealed no areas of archaeological significance, although a portion of the site directly abutting the Liffey river channel could not be tested because of the steep nature of its slope.
A course of archaeological monitoring in August 2020 followed the testing assessment.
