Development involved demolition of an existing modern dwelling and construction of seven units.
No archaeological features or artefacts were revealed as a result of carrying out the monitoring. All of the development area had been subject to significant disturbance prior to groundworks commencing on site. The evidence suggests this disturbance was related to the mid-20th-century construction of the house that previously existed on site.
